Hmm…

-wait until your mascara dries until applying another layer (but don’t put too many layers on)
-wiggle the mascara wand to remove clumps
-if you have 3 shades of one color, put the darkest color of the part of the eyelid closest to the eyelashes, the medium shade in the middle, and the lightest on the eyebrow bone
-use your hair dryer to warm your eyelash curler, it’ll curl your eyelashes more effectively
