TEEN CAREER ADVICE! please help?

Question by Troubled Circuit: TEEN CAREER ADVICE! please help?
Okay. Well I can’t decide between two careers I would like to have. I have a passion for both, and excl in them. The careers are:

Acting: I have been in 4 musicals, and 6 one-acts. I have been Drama Club President for 3 years. I love acting, its an outlet for me to be creative and girls LOVE actors 😉 and I kinda want to go to this Fine Arts School next year (not college) but I don’t want to audition for it until I’m sure I want to be an actor.

Wildlife Biology: I have always loved animals. Their appearance, diets, behaviors, etc. I have been excelling in biology class and I know more facts about animals than my teacher.

So which would you choose? And can you give me any tips or anything?

Wildlife biology will have a more stable income. Acting could leave you with nothing. I’d get a degree in biology and then look at acting…at least you have a good fall-back.

Wildlife Biologist would be the more practical choice. Acting would be very difficult, but there’s no reason you shouldn’t try.

Better income and better chance of a job right out of college. esspecially if you are a girl because the field of science is super excited about girls because there a generally so few females! I am in the same boat as you are i’m a junior and i’m going to major in biology and become a dentist!
