Question by J-Schro: weight loss?
I’m around 5ft 5 in and about 121 pounds. for this cross country season i would like to get my weight down to about 110-115. My BMI is about 9-10% fat. I just need some weight loss tips even though i am already at a pretty healthy weight. It does’nt have to be fast. It can be over a couple months.

well my mom goes to cardinal fitness
shes always talken bout her weight.
she talks to ppl there that are like personal trainers and stuff
they say to work on the cardio machines
then lift weights
it will make u lose weight & not be all flabby nd stuff
lol
