Weight Loss Journey Begins

So this video marks the beginning of my weight loss journey! I decided to make this public in hopes that my viewers would hold me accountable of my actions and what I ate! I really want to be completely healthy. I am losing the wait for ME!!! I am starting off by simply making better choices…coke zero inseatead of coke…drinking a lot of water….pita and hummus instead of fries…veggie sandwiches instead of hamburgers…I will work my way into a more strick regimen,but I want to slowly work my way into this and really get this weight off for good!
