   It DOES have to do with your hormones, but it is also caused by a certain bacteria. This doesn’t mean your face isn’t clean enough. Using a GENTLE or SENSITIVE facewash, toner, and moisturizer in the morning and before bed will help. Another thing to try is changing pillowcases every day, washing your cell phone regularly, and exfoliating about once a week. Remember, there are usually a combination of causes for acne, and you can do something about it. No one has to just live with acne.

   I’ve never had bad acne, maybe like 2 bumps at most when I got it, I guess I was lucky.
