So I have a vlog on You Tube (GoTeenGo) and and website http://goteengo.com/ After being on youtube for a while it seemed that everyone makes music videos and some just make vlogs about not knowing what to vlog about. LOL!! So I came up with an idea to give 10 categories and each month try to give new topics in each category to report and ask teens to submit video responses on those topics. I thought it would give kids my age something to get involved with and allow them to share their perspectives cause we always get to hear grown ups give their opinion and also have a place to show their talents and knowlege. I felt like YouTube needed something more positive. So the 10 categories are:
Go News!
Go Green!
Go Create!
Go Career!
Go College!
Go Ask!
Go Travel!
Go Lead!
Go Review!
Go Special Project!
So what do you think??????
What can I do to get other teens interested???? Do you have any suggestions for the website and the way it looks or is laid out!!!!

I love watching making music videos. I love singing 😀
I actually quite like your idea – it’s more focused rather than the rubbish vlogs about ‘how my day went today’ are! Admittedly I think it could potentially be quite hard for it to get going at first.
Well in order to get other teens interested you just need lots of traffic to your videos. That’s really the way you’ll attract young people. Probably do some quite controversial videos to start off with – without being vulgar and distasteful!
