Girls, how bad is a teen guy with upper chest and upper back acne?

Question by : Girls, how bad is a teen guy with upper chest and upper back acne?
i have upper chest and upper back acne, and it’s pretty bad. not horrible or extreme, but there is areas with some bad acne.

my question is, if you were to make out with a guy and you saw this acne, how would you react? would you be grosed out? would it only slightly bother you? how bad is it?

be honest… lying is pointless and doesn’t help me.

it is not sexy if that is what you are asking. but more than that i questions the hygiene. what have you dont to help the situation. how does it effect your life? there are amny teens with this issue. finding the solution is what is attractive. a boy that will take the time and experiment with differnt products to learn his skin and accept how it is. learn from it dont allow the situation to be judge.
