Question by chloe x: What exercises are most effective towards weight loss?
I’m in my teens and I have a small amount of unwanted flab which I want to get rid of before summer. What sort of exercises would you say work fastest and most effectively towards weight loss?

Any and all, the key is to choose those exercises that appeal to you the most and those that are easier for you to get to.
You have those that require no weights such as sit-ups, push-ups, running, jogging, swimming (my favorite), cardio classes, etc.
You also have workout machines that you can find in any school or Gym, and you can always find a trainer in those places that will help you find the best machines and workout for you.
You also have Sports, and this is a way to have fun and stay fit all your life through, but above all you MUST find and do that which you love, that which you can not stay away from, this will not only give you the results you seek but it will also give you the drive to stay with it for the long ride and enjoy a healthier life.
Create a routine you like and stay with it, you are starting at a right age.
Also the right foods are very important, do your research and eat right and the right amounts, as a teen your body is developing and growing, so you need the right nutrition more than ever.
Another thing STAY AWAY from diets, they are after your money and don’t care about your health, read the ingredients and you will see what I’m talking about.
