   Thanks for the comment, I recommend addressing your diet more… I recommend getting vitamins and minerals from your diet and if you do take supplements to take the herbs that I recommend in the “magic acne pills that clear up skin” video because these will do the best job. Make sure that you are drinking enough water too… you need to be hydrated. Watch the “drinking water to clear skin” video that I made. Hope this helps!

I still have acne pretty bad.I take a Vitamin B Super Complex vitamin everyday but would you recommend adding a B5?Also, don’t you start taking like anywhere from 10 to 20 B5 pills a day?

   I was really attracted to Dessert Essence’s products because they were so natural. I’ve only used the Thoroughly Clean Face wash. It’s too drying for sure. I will use it again in the summer. Was way too dry in the winter time. It also irritated me how the pump always got clogged and it doesn’t smell that great.
