What did the genius do — composed a brilliant song “Chetasri balakrishnam…” and called the ragam “Dwijavanti”. Dwijavanti is nothing but Jaijaiwanti. “Akhilandeswari’ is a popular song in Dwijavanti. My rasika friend Jayaram of London tells me it had been erroneously attributed to Dikshitar as its composer. However, it is pleasing to listen to it.
