only 15 days left before my marriage. plz give some home made beauty tips for healthy and glowing skin.

try using cool whip and granola under your eyes. it will reduce puffiness, also a great one (not for skin but its still worth trying) is to break a few eyes in a bowl and rub them threw our hair then wash. your hair will be so soft and shinny. and congrats on your marriage!!!

This is simple and FREE.

Drink plenty of water. Enough water that you pee clear by noon. A hydrated body is a healthy and glowing body. Give yourself a gentle exfoliating face wash to rid dead skin from your face. Do the same with a body exfoliate on your hands, arms, elbows and shoulders. When you go to bed coat your face, body and all with cream, not lotion because lotion has more water in it. The cream will keep your skin glowing. Give yourself a pedicure so your feet feel great and will be happy to be standing on them all day long. Now is a good time to whiten your teeth, if you want to.

Get sleep. Either go to bed at a normal time or take naps during the day if you cannot sleep at night. Sleeping is the single most thing, next to water, for a healthy looking you. Get rest, plenty of rest. Even if you just have to stop during the day and take 30 minutes to sit and relax. Beg, borrow and steal rest and sleep.
