i wanna call a hotline maybe a normal depression hotline so i can chat about my problem and then like..have them help me..cause i really need someone to talk to.
i dont want a suicidal hotline. or cutting or anything.. i just really need to talk to someone.

sit outside
stare into space
ponder
think about your problem
maybe walk a little
relax with music about how you feel
resolve the problem with yourself
no hotline needed
