What is a good teen diet that helps me lose weight?

I am a teen going into highschool and I want to look perfect. I want to lose about ten pound by september. Is the Special K diet going to help me lose weight. Also, does anyone have any at home excersice plans that will help me lose weight?

Well, My sister does the slimfast things, it it works well for her, I suggest that 😀

    If you only want to lose 10 lbs, you can probably do it just by eating healthier and exercising more. Cut out the bad food in your diet: soda, chips, chocolate, etc. Or, if you have to eat them, only eat them once a week, or in a small quantity. Step up your exercise. Dance, run or walk. You shouldn’t need a specialized diet plan, just make healthy choices. Good luck!

Go out with friends, play basketball, tennis, walk together, go swimming! Just have fun!     if you are a teen you shouldn’t need to diet. just make good food choices and be active. look on the internet to see what the ideal weight is for your age and height. as far as exercise goes, swim!! it’s hot all over the country right now, swimming is a great way to cool off. go skating, turn on the radio and rock out in your bed room. better than a radio, go to musicovery.com they have a thing called mood music. pick the dance tab and click in the upper right hand corner to get high tempo music to dance to.

    Eating Special K twice a day and a regular dinner is just a normal reduced calorie diet. Reducing calories in any way will help you lose weight. Also, do some aerobic exercises daily. Anything you can do at home to break a sweat is good.

    as a teen you are still growing and it would be unwise to start a weight-loss diet. If you are concerned about your weight, do some research on nutrition and make sure your intake is balanced —-it’s not *how much* you eat, it’s *what* you eat. Excercise is good at any age! Is there anything which you already enjoy that you could do more of? Dancing, swimming, a sport? Anything that gets your heart rate up and keeps it up for 20-30 minutes is sure to help
