    Thank you so much for sharing this, Tati. I spent 3 months in a treatment center for Bulimia, & have struggled w/ weight ever since. I’m no longer Bulimic, thank God, but now I’ve gained 20 lbs over what I want to be & I do turn to food for comfort. You really inspire me to be more healthy. Do you mind if I ask how old you are? Or, what age you were when you really made the change? I just turned 26 & I already see how my metabolism has gone down hill & it makes me feel so hopeless.
