Honestly none.
Vitamins wont take away acne, its just a waste of money.

If you want your acne to be gone then go to the dermatologist.
In 7th grade i had pretty bad acne, and he put me on some oral pills that actually stop acne.
My pill i take is called doxeycline.
it needs to be prescribed for you to take it.
Also im on some special creames and my skin is flawless!
