What kind of things are employers looking for in a teen aged prospective employee?

Dress nice, hopefully you have an outgoing personality. good grades are good. If they ask why you want the job always say that the employees look happy and you feel comfortable with their business. smile and do not argue or say anything negative. If they ask what your biggest weakness is say you tend to try too hard at perfection.
