State law would govern the activity but if you do not solicit sex or send nude photos in the process it should be legal.~

I dont think sex chat is illegal. As long as u r not getting nude on the web cam & not sending ur nude pics, it is alright.

Anyway, police has much better work to do, like catching criminals, murderers, robbers etc than to catch a teen. Lol.
