After I graduate high school this year, I’m planning to move to Cali. I’m wondering what are some steps I can do now to prepare for that. And possible loans I could get to settle down, down there?

California is a very expensive state. Try piling up cash as much as you can to help you with the transition. Not everyone in California lives in hollywood and santa monica. Try looking for cheaper neighborhoods. Do you already have a job offer in Cali? If not, you may want to start researching possible employers now. If you already have a car, drive it here. Car prices are also high in california. You probably want to see the city once you get there. Get a city pass so you don’t buy tickets for every place individually. That’ll save you a lot of money. Does Kentucky weather get cold? If yes, leave all your warm clothes there. Cali is hot. Good luck
