posted in Teens |

Im looking for good auditions for movies or shows. But the movies or shows were you dont need an agent or acting lessons. Just walk in and audition. I remember the kit kittredge an american girl movie. You just walked in and auditioned. something like that.

Well I cant really help you. For movie auditions it is almost impossible to find ones that you dont need an agent. Look out for them in your local newspaper because thats where theyll be.

As for shows this is much easier. Simply Google Community theatre in Your location here.

If you live in the suburbs google the name of the city. For instance you would google community theatre in New york city not community theatre in the bronx. If you live in the middle of the country or in a city or town that doesnt have any results you may want to try googling the name of the nearest large city or town.

The results will be community theatres most of which will host open auditions auditions where anyone can walk in and audition regardless of experience agents etc for their shows.

there are no auditions where you can just walk in off the street and say here i am. for most movies and shows you will need to be where the auditions are and have an agent. in any event you cant go on an audition without getting an appointment time from the casting director or your agent.
