Drink ALOT of water, and 1-2 glasses of green tea a day.
Soothing mask such mashed bananas and almond oil.
Umm scrub once or twice a week to get rid of all the dead skin.
And timeeeee it will take time :)

If you have severe acne, Acnefree works well! You can get if from the store without a prescription. tons of teens have acne, you aren’t the only one, it will go away. I got lucky with pretty good skin but i get breakouts too so i know how it can ruin moods.

Ouch. I feel you…or maybe it is the pimple that just grew on my shoulder and a couple on my face after about half a year off accutane. I went through high school with the worst most stubborn acne there is. And as you probably know by my introduction, I’m still battling it. Although I have to say accutane did an awesome job. (while it lasted at least) I took up to 80mg. That’s a huge dose. Anyway, I suggest you start your journey spending hundreds of dollars on different products and home remedies also insurance and things to get prescription meds to find which one works for you. It is the beginning of a battle.

What I would highly recommend is acne.org. I think it is keeping my acne at bay now. Although at first before I took accutane, it didn’t do a thing for my acne. After accutane, and just a couple weeks ago as my lapse is starting to show, I ordered myself a new bottle of Benzoyl Peroxide Gel and the Moisturizer which I mix with Jojoba Oil. I think it has taken a better effect. It is probably because accutane made my skin more sensitive and as I used acne.org the BP took a greater effect.

Starting my sophmore year in high school I did find great success with Clindamycin Phosphate Solution. It is a prescription Solution. I just start underneath my ear and start dabbing it left to right/ right to left as I make my way up to my forehead.

Anyway, I hope that did not exhaust you. But I have tried MANY MANY. Well. Everything under the sun. Including accutane. There are some mild cases which can be treated as easily as using cetaphil and there are people like me who…have not found anything that is reliable to keep their skin smooth.

    So the battle continues..

I know EXACTLY how you feel. I have acne too :/ Some on my forehead, some on my nose, and I recently tried popping this zit on my forehead, which only made it worse!!! It got bigger, and redder, and will now probably take forever to heal. I’m trying to teach myself to just accept my acne, because it will take time to get rid of, and you can’t rush it. So try not to let it ruin your confidence!!! Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE has gone through acne. It’s normal, and it’s just puberty. You can’t really completely get rid of it, but you can make it less noticeable. I think you should use a cleanser, a good benzoyl peroxide cream, and a moisterizer. The benzoyl peroxide cream is only used on your acne, not on your entire face, or else it will dry it out. That’s why it is extremely important to use a moisterizer after. Anyway, all of this does help!! It just takes time so be patient!! And remember, TONS of teens are going through what you’re going through.
