putting lemon in your hair is supposed to help it. I also like this store called lush, they have a lot of products that use natural ingredients that work really well for acne.

My favorite skin care tip for clear skin is using honey. Rub it on the face and it cleans up spots and also prevents. Google honey face masks for other things to put in it for your particular skin requirements.

Lets go head to toe :)
Hair: Conditioner! Keep it soft and healthy. Maybe get a new haircut if you want something different?
Skin/Face: Get an acne cleanser and a regular face wash and face lotion. Use them daily. You can also get a night lotion if you want, you wake up with really soft skin.
Teeth: You can get whitening strips to get them shiny and bright, and then keep them that way by brushing and flossing everyday and using a strengthening mouthwash
Nails: Get a manicure? Aha, and keeps hands soft
Body: Uhh…shave, mouisturize, etc. Maybe go to a yoga class or do one of the yoga workouts OnDemand a few times a week to help with flexibility and being lean. Play a sport, get outside, etc.

    Hope I helped :)

For teeth, I use 5 Minute Bleach Whitening Gel. You’ll need a teeth tray (or retainer) to place the gel in. I don’t have sensitive teeth so I use this everyday. But what I do is squeeze about a pea size and rub it all over my bottom teeth, put the bottom tray in then do the same for my top then I wear it while in the shower because you have to spit the stuff out, then right before I get out of the shower I take the trays out, rub my teeth clean along with my trays. I don’t do it on Friday or Saturday. Always give your teeth a break. I can honestly say I am definitely one of the people at my school with the whitest teeth. (:

HAIR: Biolage Shampoo and Conditioner works great for me. It smells fresh and has different kinds for color treated hair, dry hair, etc. Pantene has also been one of my favorites. I recommend the pro-v series. I heard eating nuts and adding them in to your regular diet makes your hair shiny.
SKIN: Cleaning your face can be a hassle but if you want good looking healthy skin you need to clean it and moisturize it every day. Try cleaning your face with a light cleanser such as Cetaphil or Clearisil Daily Clear pore cleansing pads every morning. It should clean out your pores and give you more of a ready for the day feeling. I haven’t personally tried Cetaphil but have heard several great reviews on it. I am actually using Clearisil right now and it is working great so far. After that light cleanser moisturize your face with an oil free face lotion. I recommend one with SPF 15 Aveeno ultra calming daily moisturizer works great for me and leaves your face feeling really good. After your day is over rinse it off with a warm wash cloth and remove any makeup. Before you go to bed you should treat your face to the same light cleanser. Also on the spot treatments work good for little pimples it doesn’t get rid of it but helps it to get better and less red. You should steam your face once a week to open up your pores. Just boil up some water and lean over it for about 4-5 minutes with a towel draped over your head. After that rinse your face off with cold water to close your pores. You can also use a clay mask once a week to dry up pimples and get rid of blackheads. Mint Julip mask Queen Helene works AMAZING you can buy it at Sally’s beauty supply or Walgreen’s
TEETH: Brush your teeth at least every morning and night more if needed with whitening toothpaste and mouthwash. Also remember to floss regularly.
NAILS: Try to clip them every day and clean them out. Never pick your nails. Get a mani/pedi ( a manicure and pedicure
BODY: go to the gym or do some basic work outs every day. Also being in a sport is great for a healthy body =) Just exercise regularly and eat healthy
Drinking lots of water is also obviously something good for your body

    a little too much…..lol hope i helped =)
