honestly, I don’t like soy or soy sauce so I wouldn’t recommend it… most soy is GMO (genetically modified food) and that’s not good… garlic & broccoli are good though!

i steam broccoli then stirfry it with a little bit of evoo and terriyaki sauce (fermented soy sauce with garlic; no perservitives, all natural) Is that good or will something cause or aggravate my acne

Pickles feed candida! Alcohol – wine as well.. What kind of info are you giving people? If you make kombucha which is fermented, and drink it before it’s “ready” you will be feeding candida.

CHEESE FEEDS CANDIDA!!! You just said in your other video AVOID MOLDY foods, guess what?? Cheese is = MOLD!
Avoid all processed foods, doesnt matter if cheese has acidophilus!

I think that “pimples” is just another term for acne… and black & whiteheads are forms of breakouts. It’s up to you how you classify it and what you do about it though!

if someone doesn’t has spots but has blackheads pimples etc does it count that he still has acne?

Hey man, really glad to hear that it’s getting better! that’s good… keep doing what you are doing because your body is cleansing and detoxing itself. Drink a lot of water each day… watch the (Drinking water to clear skin) video that I made…. Use apple cider vinegar and spray that on your skin before you take a bath/shower and then also take sea salt baths… The sea salt bath cleanses the skin and clears it up and if you are drinking enough water internally it helps2

Note that protein intake is overrated in the bodybuilding world. Bodybuilding and acne erasing don’t really go hand in hand. There is one thing that can help you very well though : beans. Beans are in my opinion the only very high protein foods that don’t cause any problems. Stay away from supplements, whey, casein, dairy, lentils, …
Brown rice and quinoa are also quite handy. I heard there is hemp protein, I think that’s good. But I would just not do postworkout shakes.

I’ll share my experience with beer quickly : last year I had no acne, drank 2 liters of beer every weekday (I’m a student). I believe it didn’t affect my skin, it may have helped a bit. So I would NOT be afraid to drink beer, but if you want to get rid of your acne AND feel great you have to remove alcohol from your diet.

LOL, Thats funny, don’t we all wish certain things were actually good for us, but as all GOOD Things, they are simply GOOD Tasting, But NOT Healthy for our bodies.

Ohh yeah… and I would get a new air freshener too! “if you breath it in then you must get fresh air right away” that’s funny b/c isn’t that what it does every time? air fresheners are a joke! You can get better one’s though i’m sure.

Beer is fermented but at the same time it’s not really that healthy… I heard an interview as to why but I remember that organic beer that is processed in a certain way is better… I forget exactly but beer overall isn’t horrible but it’s not great. If you can get organic it’s much better…. I believe you can get organic beer at trader joes and other health food stores (I really don’t drink much)

Does beer count as a fermented food? Please say yes lol. In a way this is a bit off topic but then again we do spray it in the air and it does get on our skin. I bought a major brand spray air freshener the other day. Upon closer examination of the directions I learned that it contains insoluable propane and pertolium distilates. If you swallow it call poison control right away. If it gets on your skin you wash it right away.if you breath it you must go out for fresh air right away.

Protein is okay in your diet but I don’t recommend those powders, most are low quality and when you have too much protein in your body it turns acidic which causes acne…. So protein can cause acne when you have too much in your body. Also working out the wrong way can cause stress on the body so read the book “Pace” if you are serious.

Overall I don’t recommend a lot of dairy in your diet but organic yogurt is better than non-organic… The best is organic free range yogurt… Look at the ingredients and you will see which yogurts are more natural based on the ingredients that you can recognize as “natural” etc… Thanks for the question!
