How do they send you their questions? Do you make an email have them send it to you on there then post it on the site?

Please give me ideas!

If it’s a controlled post type site (you write crap and then post it), then email should work. If it’s a thing where you want the community to be able to help itself, you’re going to need a forum or commenting system.
