pills don’t work! portion control, exercise, lots of water, NO SUGARS/HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, lean meats and lots of fruits and veggies. If pills worked, we would all have killer bodies.

I took phenteramine I think its spelled lol, u have to go to the doctors for it, its seriously the best I dropped 25 pounds in a month eating taco bell and mccdonalds and little exercise, it works amazingly
And the doctors make sure ur ok to take it, I wldnt take anything over the counter girl they usually aren’t that’s great for the money you pay, you could go to a health clinic to get the stuff I’m talking about. Hope this helps :)

Stop all eating and drinking for 14 days. You will lose maximum weight and will most likely be dead. It is called euthanasia and doctors practice it all the time, even though it may be illegal.

Be sensible and find yourself a ‘normal’ healthy diet that you can live with the rest of your next eighty year life span. It will make you healthy now and will make you healthy when you are ninety. And believe me that 90 year old will never stop thanking you for your intelligence in selecting a healthy diet that you can live with and become a healthy, wealthy and wise lady at age ninety.

I’ve tried it and it works. I’m 90 and healthy, wealthy and wise.

Taking pills is the worst thing you can do for yourself. You should try working on your eating habits and set small and achievable goals at first. Also start an exercise regimen. Remember, weight loss should be slow, gradual and permanent! Not a quick fix unless you want to fail at it. You will gain everything back plus more when you go off the pill. In addition, many of them are dangerous for your heart – they are essnetially legal speed.

They artificially ramp your metabolism up, so that even with eating junk food, you still loose weight. Problem is you didnt change your diet, and the increase in metabolic rate was artifical.

WHen you are no longer drugging yourself, your metabolic rate will slow down to below what it was before you artifically ramped it up, causing you to pack on weight, similar to the way you would while in starvation mode.

You DO need to exercise, at a min.
Where you should start depends on where you are now. Over working yourself will cause you to back track as well. If you are sedentary now, start with a daily walk – short enough that you can handle it, long enough that you are actually getting exercise. Base the time on your ability currently.
If you are pretty active, start with a beginners exercise vid or dvd that appeals to you.

You should also consider diet modification if your diet is not healthy. You need a healthy balanced diet that should include healthy portions of all the food groups. If you arent ready to give up your junk food, concentrate on keeping proper portions. A lot of that involves behavior modification as well, simply to keep your diet in check. (diet as in, your nutrtional intake, not the 4 letter evil word that has become synonymous with starvation)

I realize it sucks to hear it, but loosing weight and keeping it off really is an entire lifestyle change, and its hard. It doesnt happen over night. The few that make it happen over night are paying big bucks for trainers and nutritionists and their 40 hour work week consists of exercising as opposed to work.

Its FAR easier to gain than it is to loose.

Im not a fan of diet pills just because theyre really unregulated and Im not sure theyre safe, but something I do like is green tea pills, just straight herbal supplements, it is concentrated green tea in capsules, I dont like the hoodia ones because most “hoodia” in america is not hoodia and thats an endangered plant, but green tea is supposed to reduce appetite, boost detoxification which is what gets the fat you burn thats in your system out intead of reabsorbed and a little caffiene which makes me happier, its totally safe but not real extreme, you can find this in the vitamin section of most stores $ 3-$ 7
