Vitamin E For Acne

posted in Teens |

AcneErasingSecrets.com Vitamin E for acne and clearing up skin is great because it improves the cardiovascular, respiratory and circulatory systems in the body. Vitamin E also works to balance out the amount of oil that the skin produces during cleansing. It also protects against UV rays, free radicals and oxidative stress just like vitamin C does. You can get vitamin E in your diet from tomatoes, spinach, broccoli, almonds and sunflower seeds. Please like, favorite, comment and share this video! AcneErasingSecrets.com Steam for acne is great because steam opens the pores and purifies the skin. This is a great way to open the pores of your skin and then after steaming your face you can wash it with a natural skin care product. I recommend doing this every once in a while to purify your skin and keep your pores open. Please like, favorite, comment and share! David “The Skin” King

@Mazymaeness It’s honestly different for everyone, it depends on what you are deficient in because that will be causing your acne… But vitamin C probably for most people, C, A and E are very important for healthy skin.

@adkpinecone Also another good whole food source supplement of Vitamin C that I like is called Truly Natural Vitamin C by Health Force Nutritionals. It is really good. Some other good ones are Madre-Labs Vitamin C. Madre-Labs makes a lot of good wild crafted superfood whole food products. I personally like there Eureka Berries and Coco Ceps products. Very good stuff! For Vitamin D I recommend getting out in the sunlight for at least 25 minutes during the summer and take Cod Liver Oil in winter

@Lewon1125 Well for Vitamin A I suggest just eating lots of organic fruits and vegetables. David has a good video on foods that are high in Vitamin A. It is always best to get your vitamins and minerals from food instead of supplements. A good vitamin B complex is Garden of LifeVitamin Code Raw B-Complex. It is the best Vitamin B complex I have found. The best thing for Vitamin C is eating camu camu powder from the amazon rainforest. Amazon Herb Co sells some and Navitas Naturals.

@acneerasingsecrets okay, i just put Apple cide vinegar on it, it stung a little bit. after that should i put ice on it again or just leave it alone?

  17. 17 On March 8th, 2012, acneerasingsecrets said:

@NathanXPablo There are many things you can do, what you are doing now is good… to add to it you can use Apple cider vinegar as well as making sure that you are drinking enough water as well. Also, don’t focus on it… the more attention you give breakouts the quicker they grow… Ignore it and picture your skin clearing it up! it has a bigger effect than you’d think. Also, eat a clove of garlic here and there b/c that kills bacteria! Hope this helps :)

@adkpinecone wow, that’s crazy… I did not know that. Thanks for sharing! Good fats (Omega’s) are great for the skin so that’s really good.

@adkpinecone Thanks for sharing! I appreciate it! yeah, there are a lot of bad Vitamin E supplements out there.

@PowderedPeach it seems pretty good. It’s very nutrient dense which is good! I’d recommend it… I also recommend quinoa which is similar to wheat germ. A very nutrient dense grain.

Dave! hey i hvae a question. How can you prevent or eliminate a incoming pimple. its not yet even devolped but its a little red bump. I’ve been putting ice on it and washing it with just all natural bar of soap.

  22. 22 On March 8th, 2012, acneerasingsecrets said:

@KarisFaith316 I have some, but honestly I don’t notice any difference using it… I recommend the herbs in “how to get rid of acne scars” more than vitamin E oil… they seem to work better.

  23. 23 On March 8th, 2012, KarisFaith316 said:

What about the topical application of vitamin E oil?

  24. 24 On March 8th, 2012, adkpinecone said:

@adkpinecone Oh yeah and the other thing thats cool about Vitamin E that I learned is that it protects all the good fats in your body from oxidizing! So a good way to take Unique E is two or three right after breakfast and with your healthy fats.. so like fish oil, coconut oil, etc

  25. 25 On March 8th, 2012, adkpinecone said:

One of the best vitamin e supplements I have found is called Unique E. A naturopath by the name of David Getoff has a video about this vitamin E on youtube. Just type in Unique E on youtube. It has all the natural parts of vitamin E just like in food. Just thought I would mention this because there is so many synthetic and fake sources of Vitamin E out there. I really recommend Unique E if anyone is interested in taking a E supplement. Its crucial that its the right form. Good video! :)

@CherrryBlossom92 yeah, that’s fine! it’s actually a great idea b/c the pores are open… I would recommend that you only use 100% natural masks though! Try the secret acne cleanse out too if you haven’t already.

can we use face mask right after steaming?

@SandBlast714 herpes is a bit different than a pimple, i’m not sure what nathan was referring too though… most times on the lip it is herpes though you’re right.

  39. 39 On March 9th, 2012, acneerasingsecrets said:

@NathanXPablo use natural toothpate and drink enough water, toothpaste could very likely be causing those or making them worse.

    @NathanXPablo

i believe the technical term for that is “herpes”

I just put my face over a pot when making tea! lol… For under 50 bucks this seems like a pretty good deal… Thanks for mentioning it! This might be something I have to try out and make a video about.

@howardlynch Hey, I don’t recommend clearasil… It’s not natural and contains ingredients on my list of ingredients to stay away from. Check out the “Recommended acne treatment skin care products” video that I made to see what I recommend. Thanks for watching my vids!

@Dinuosuo I wouldn’t say non-organic apples are bad because they are better than processed foods still but with organic foods they are just better… They are pesticide and herbacide free so they are more effective and better for your health and skin overall.
