Why does my ipod video only play the music to my music videos?

I have an ipod video 30G. When I go to play my music videos that I bought from itunes it only plays the music. The album artwork and everything come up, but not the actual video. Any suggestions? Thanks!

If you are accessing the video from the Music section on your iPod, then it won’t show the actual video. If you access the video out of the video section, then the video should show.
If that’s not the problem or you still have problems despite, try calling Apple support at 1-800-275-2273, to troubleshoot with an Apple representative.
