I have seen instances where people have lost a great deal of weight but have a lot of excess skin after the weight loss. Can this be avoided without requiring surgery?

if you do some type of exercising the muscles during this weight loss process you should have no problems and take a mutivitamin. i am 50 years old and lost close to 100 pounds. i bought a nice inexpensive home gym and everyday i did some type of work out. including facial exercises and under the chin exercising.

I have no dance experience yet. If I start dancing now is there a chance one day I could dance for a celebrity. Should I quit track and take ballet classes or tryout for a major school. How many hours a week?

If you love track, don’t quit. However, ballet classes would be an excellent idea. Take classes a few times a week if your parents let you. It will help you with hip-hop, jazz and just about any type of dance. If you get good, try-out for an art or dance school. Explore as many dance forms as you can.
