There are no safe ones. If you can get onto any teen chat room, then so can any perv in the world. If you’re looking for a safe one, you’re not going to find it. But you can go onto any and be safe yourself about it, as in don’t give out ANY personal details and never arrange to meet up with anyone, never give them your Facebook or contact details etc.

Different products work for different people. A cheaper and more natural alternative to brand name products is witch hazel or tea tree oil, which you can buy in your local pharmacy. It might work for you, then again it might not, but give it a try anyway.
If you have really bad acne that won’t go away no matter what you try, you could try out this method:

If you have really extremely bad acne, you could try seeing a dermatologist, but that’s just for extreme cases
