My advice to you would be to get a job as an assistant to a successful real estate agent.
You will learn everything from ground up and why that agent is so successful. In the meantime, you’ll be getting paid.
Look at it as a paid internship. Later, you may decide that you don’t like being a realtor at all.
Or, you may decide it’s something you really like.

I have recently been prescribed phentermine, at a dosage of 37.5. Has anyone here taken this diet pill, and what was your initial weight loss, over a period of…say like two weeks to a month? just out of curiosity, id like to know what to expect in the first couple weeks to a month.

I’m looking for anything that will offer some sort of atmosphere or events that’ll be relatively interesting or entertaining. Boston’s a little confusing to navigate and plan, and I hear most of the teen nightclubs for people under 18 are closed. Try bowling at Townline in Malden. I think Friday nights is atomic bowling. That was always fun for me as a teen.
