What a let down.... (3 stars)
With all the hype surrounding the release of this album, from the help of Lincoln Parish (of Cage The Elephant), the sshopping the CD around to major record labels, to the nearly 4 year wait, I was expecting something groundbreaking. Something that really was going to seperate these guys from the pack and establish themselves for years to come. Sadly this album is not it.

The supposed hard core connoisseur that said its like Saudi buying oil from Switzerland has no idea what he's talking about. Really good roots reggae comes out of the US. It's somewhere between bad and tolerable... (3 stars)
I am a pretty big Iration fan but this is a huge letdown. The vocals are just not there, and every song sounds the same. One or two stand out a little but the rest are all monotone, and honestly just intolerable. After how great the last album was, I'm really disappointed to see this. Not what I was expecting at all.

Although all members originally hail from Hawaii, the reggae-rock group Iration launched their career in Isla Vista, CA, a college town near Santa Barbara. With their laid-back sound and pop melodies, the band was an instant hit on the California college circuit. In 2006, their growing fan base got a chance to bring a little Iration back to the dorm when the band released their New Roots EP. The next year saw them release their debut album, No Time for Rest, which featured a guest shot from reggae...
