Hello. In Ontario, as in most other jurisdictions, distracted driving refers to the use of mobile devices or other types of distracting devices while driving. In general, these are absolutely any actions that can distract you, as a driver, from the road and from driving. And in case of serious violations, even deprivation of a driver's license is possible. |
