To get right to it, I have a small question to Windows 7 settings. If this is even a Windows 7 problem. I recently got a new computer, custom made with everything in it brand new and up to date. Now my problem is my monitor. I have a Sony (Sony SDM-HS95P [Monitor] (19.1"vis) ) monitor that worked and is just as new as everything else. It was fine on Windows XP on my Dell. But since I have this new computer, the screen flickers/pulses no matter what I do. Is there a way to fix this or am I stuck with getting migraines from watching everything jump at me?
I have an AMD Radeon HD sapphire 6850 graphics card. I changed the refresh rates already and it's now at 1280x1024@75Hz. It still pulses on each setting.
Any sort of help will be gladly appreciated.
