Kim Kardashian West is opening up about expecting her third child via surrogate.
ET recently spoke with the 37-year-old reality superstar about her newest fragrance

Kim, who had notoriously difficult pregnancies with both 4-year-old daughter North and 1-year-old son Saint, acknowledges that her experience so far with a surrogate has been a big adjustment.
