Evan Engram Womens Jersey , Sept. 19 (Xinhua) -- U.S. stocks opened higher on Tuesday as the Federal Reserve kicked off a two-day monetary policy meeting.
Shortly after the opening bell, the Dow Jones Industrial Average added 14.74 points, or 0.07 percent, to 22,346.09. The S&P 500 gained 2.43 points, or 0.10 percent

It was widely expected that the U.S. central bank won' t raise interest rates following the meeting, but investors believe the Fed will announce the unwinding of its 4.5-trillion-U.S.-dollar balance sheet.
Analysts said market will also be looking for clues of whether the Fed will raise rates in December.
