Hi, This machine has been working completely fine for the last year (since the above GPU upgrade), then suddenly yesterday my GPU clocks remain close to normal but everything runs at around 40% speed. If I reboot the machine or shut down then 1 in 5 times my card will start acting normal again until I turn it off! When the machine has loaded up with problems I cant even watch Youtube videos because the video is distorted. Could anyone please give me some suggestions or is my GPU ? Please help.
