I just need something that can record in high quality or at least some thing decent but I really need to know what one I should download. Because I can't find a good one for free.

Audacity. A free multi-track audio recording and editing app.

The quality relies on how you record rather than what program you record it with.

WavePad, small download, many features are free and you get a full 14 day trial of the few features that are paid with no restrictions.
