I am going to sell my computer to a friend and I want to restore it to how it was originally (or at least the best I can do) I tried Windows restore system but it erased almost nothing. I need to delete and uninstall programs and all my folders before I sell it to him. Does anyone have any knowledge on how to do this?
It won't let me delete it since I'm the administrator =/

Just reinstall Vista.
You could also create a new account, and delete your old one, selecting the option to delete all the files.
Defrag afterward and only a really determined person would find your files.
