why is this and how do i fix it?

I have a fantastic computer. My processor is an Intel Core i7-920 at 2.67GHz so it's not that.

You might need to clear your cookies or use another browser such as firefox or chrome. If this doesn't fix it it may be an internal problem with your computer that you need to actually go and get fixed.
