Best firefox plugin to download youtube videos or any other videos?

I have been using Video Download Helper so far. Is it the best one? This one does its job, but it can only store movies in flv or wmv format and I will have to convert if I want any other format. Other than that, this is rock solid.

It is fairly easy to convert the formats. in Linux it is simple.
VideoDownload Helper rocks, it alsi downloads music, you can tweak the settings in it so that it only alerts on formats that you wish to use.
I just download and convert with VLC,Audacity or command line.

Hey! Thanks for so many suggestions here! I'm searching for a youtube downloader right now and you helped me much. I'd like to share what I've found on the web so far. This YouTube converter is free and simple tool for videos downloading and converting to MP3 or WAV. Works in batch mode. I'd recommend to try it out
