Students at the University of Dayton and staff met on Saturday, August 27 ArtStreet Café for a night of karaoke songs with the Fox television success, "Glee."
During the summer, said Nicole Rottmueller, deputy director of events and transactions ArtStreet and Susan Byrnes, director of ArtStreet, they reflected any programs on Saturday night and had the idea to do a karaoke night. According Rottmueller, they chose a "Glee" theme, because they knew it would appeal to many students.
"I love Glee! I have the first two seasons on DVD and music of all," said Mary Pat Savord freshman, a special education major, who sang "Over the Rainbow" and Katy Perry "I Kissed a Girl".
