When I plug in my Bluetooth Dongle I get a pop up in the lower left corner of my screen that says: "One of the USB drives attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it. For assistance in solving this problem click this message." I click it and it comes up with a list of devices attached to my PC and a suggestion that maybe I should remove it and try again. This does not work. Can I "trick" my PC into running it? Even though it is unrecognized? I have Windows 7 and the dongle says (on the packaging) merely that it is a "Bluetooth USB Dongle". I have installed drivers that came with dongle. I have also downloaded 4 others, all to no avail. I was poking around a bit and I found this: Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) Does this help?
