is there some sort of plug in or app that will automatically run you browser through a proxy server?

yes but you can manually find a proxy site and punch that into preferences in tools/ options.

its already in there. tools -> option -> advanced -> network -> settings -> manual -> type in your settings

You will have to plug in the IP and port numbers at first.

That seems like a lot of work... why don't you just use a proxy bypass website?

My favorite one is http://twitblogrss.com, always works for me.
