I have a Dell XPS 730x it has windows 7 64-bit a core i7 920 and 6GB of RAM 2 Nvidia GTX 295's and 2TB HDD. when i try to play Kane and Lynch Dead men it lags. How can i fix this.

try reducing the resolution a little bit or reducing the other graphic options..
you have an impressive system

Set the processor affinity to one for that game it can't handle the thought of having 8 virtual cores to run on and will actually run better on one.

This is the vista tutorial on how to set processor affinity for old games this should work for 7 as well.

Turn off vertical sync. Since your comp is so beast i doubt resolution will be a problem or Anti-aliasing
