Early i have a nero home. Eventhough I can't play any DVD. every DVD want the nero 7 or greater. Then I decided to upgrade it into nero 7 essential. I have got one CD of nero 7 essential with the samsung DVD writer. I get it into for installation, But installation wizard said,I want to uninstall the old one(Home). I click on OK in the diologe box. Then I saw that home is uninstall automatically by the wizard. After the uninstallation, I found nero 7 was start but suddenly a diologe box come with this message:"The installed version of is not compatible with nero 7. Please update or uninstall before you install nero 7". and it said installation faild. I try again but it seems same(every time wizard showed this message). Plz help me... can I install nero with that CD.
