Hey so I'm a 16 y/o male with about 12% body fat trying to get to 7%. After a bulking diet, I got up to 185 pounds. In the past month I've been cutting hard, now weighing in at 165 pounds. I work out everyday with incorporating cardio and things of that nature while lifting a lot. I cut my calories to about 1500 or less daily, and I know a lot about dieting and proper ways to work out. I'm hoping someone can tell me how long it will take to get to 7% or 6% BF and also any ideas of if I need to cut calories more.
