After yesterday morning's shelling of Kyiv, President Zelensky addressed the Russian military directly involved in the missiles launching on the territory of Ukraine

He assured that each of them would be held accountable in court, as shelling of residential buildings is a war crime.

Zelensky also said that Russia was involving the people of Belarus in the war "even more actively than before" and urged people not to take part in the war against Ukraine.
