Come above the clouds, assassins send drones to assassinate Iraqi Prime Minister
The situation in Iraq isslotsmoldering. The black man sent a drone to kill the country's leader, but missed it.
Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kademi survived an assassination attempt using drones to attack his home early Sunday morning local time. Tensions have escalated in the weeks following general elections over disputes with Iran-backed militias.

A security source told AFP that attack on the prime minister In Baghdad, three drones were used, two were shot down.

Six members of Al-Kade's Personal Protection Force who were stationed outside his residence in the Green Zone were wounded. A security source told Reuters.

Al-Kademi appeared in a video released by the Prime Minister's Office chairing a meeting with top security commanders to discuss the drone attack.

“A cowardly terrorist attack that targeted the Prime Minister's home last night with the goal of assassinating him. It is a serious targeting of the Iraqi state by armed criminal groups,” the prime minister's office said in a statement issued after the meeting.
