I am familiar with both Georgia (i.e. Atlanta) and Northern Virginia (Fairfax, Arlington and Alexandria Metro DC and Maryland too)
First of all, depends on your Priorities in Life and equally important is if you think your loving boyfriend will commit to being your faithful partner in life.
Getting your college degree and important work experience is important for a female bec what if loving boyfriend & relationship turned sour and your insights were wrong, then with college degree, good job and good references that you contribute your share to making a company profitable or as a team member allows you to walk away and start over if things don't go right.
Personally what you might not see now, is job opportunity and I do not mean working as an intern or trainee on a gratituious basis is much better in the Metro DC area once you get the right job esp in event the economy turns -- that DC jobs offer much more stability & security than other parts of the USA.
Hope the Above Info Helps!
