I honestly would ignore a text like that from my ex, but it all depends on what kind of terms youre on with them.
I'm on pretty bad terms, but your case might be different.

if you do, don't make it seem like you are trying to break up there relationships. keep it simple. that's how my exes and I are.

I would think it was weird, like you were looking for a booty call. Valentine's day is for lovers not exes.

I think that if your already good friends with your ex and you talk casually then you can say it but if not then the girls may think that you still have feelings for them and your thinking about them on V-day and not your own girlfriend. The boyfriends may not like it either-- i know my boyfriend wouldn't like it if i was with him on Valentines Day and i got a text from an ex. I just don't think its a very good idea.
