It is getting annoying.
Anyone with an explanation?

I've wondered that myself. I only come seeking answers, not for general discussion.

there seems to be many New users who discover Yahoo! Answers everyday,and because they are only just starting out here, many do not know how the site really works.

i myself when i first came here over a year and a half ago, didn't know that it was a public Question & Answer site.

other users just seem to not want to ask questions,and simply want to post their thoughts and feelings and see what other peoples outlook on the are.

I think its because of the size of the audience and the lack of Yahoo preventing it.

I think a lot of people have no life and just sit on the internet all day. One day they got bored so they started answering people's questions. But then they find something that they dont agree with so they argue with people and just ask opinion questions. Idk, I think that yahoo answers is a good idea if you have a serious question but if not...well you see what happens.
